"(...) In his final exam installation Ramon has successfully created two very clear and beautiful works. His production of 40 bronze elements that migrate from the floor to the wall and disperse as they climb upward to the ceiling evoke a number of associations ranging from nature to artifact . In the elements there are repetitions and mutations of form articulated with a sophisticated use of material.
Adjacent to this work is another installation consisting of 16 fluorescent tubes. The tubes are mounted directly on the panes of a large window in a grid derived formation and illuminate the room. The natural light from outside is mediated and " translated" by the fluorescent tubes as it comes into the room. The works are subtle and powerful."
